It contains Na-Monofluorophosphate 0,8%. Instructions of use: 1. Cover the edge of the tongue cleaner with ORDOX toothpaste. Gently scrape the tongue surface couple of times. Take extra care of the back of the tongue. Don’t rinse! 2. With ORDOX toothpaste thoroughly brush your teeth, gums and tongue for 90 seconds. Spit out the toothpaste. Don’t rinse with water! 3. Rinse thoroughly with ORDOX oral rinse for 90 seconds then spit out. Don’t rinse with water! Avoid eating or drinking 20 min after each use.
